This might sound weird, but I have completed all my degree requirements minus the capstone which I am enrolled in currently. I have the study.com scholarship with four exams left. Any suggestions on maximizing the scholarship and taking any additional courses? I am hoping to complete an AA in CJ soon and will check to see if my local CC accepts Study.com courses, but other than that, are there any classes that would be beneficial for getting into grad school?

Look into the grad school you plan on going to, find out if you're missing pre-reqs for the program, and then find out if they even accept ACE for pre-reqs.
For example, the Patten MBA requires microeconomics and college algebra. They're ACE friendly.
But this is going to vary greatly by school.

You could look at an undergrad cert. Psych, CJ, General Management, HR, Ops Management, Org Leadership - can be completed mostly or completely with Study.com courses.
Or as jsd said, pre-reqs.

Just be sure to get them onto your TESU transcript. The easiest way will be to send in the transcript before you graduate. Most grad schools won't be interested in the ACE transcript, but will seeing that the school that granted your bachelor's (or at least some RA school) gave you credit may be the key to having them accepted as prereqs.
