Missing Credly Badges form StraighterLine

Hello,

It looks like not all the badges from SL transferred to Credly. I sent a transcript with 14 subjects but only received 6 badges. I did some research and I understand that SL badges might take a while to transfer (it was 5 business days in my case) but I thought that once they arrive they are all processed at once.

Should I contact SL or Credly or they are not all processed together and there is still a chance the other courses will transfer. (Btw, I took those courses in 2015 and 2016).

Just a quick update if you are having the same issue: I emailed SL and tehy resolved it and I received all my 14 badges. It took a few days but was eventually resolved.

Great update, it's all cool, I usually recommend contacting both, just in case there is an issue on both ends, as long as you've got all the credits in your ACE/Credly.

When you say you emailed them, did you login and do a support ticket thru their contact form or did you email a specific address? The guy at Credly gave me 2 emails to try and neither got a response from SL.

Either way would work, I would do the support ticket as you should get an email copy of the support request anyways... If you really want to make sure it gets to them properly, you can do both emails and the support ticket.
