Two courses does not make you a degree seeking student, therefore those two courses will not be put on a transcript by the University of the people to be sent to any other institution.
I am a degree seeking student there (once you finish 2 courses you are a degree seeking student, and I also got the email saying that I am a degree seeking student there)

Interesting! That's different from when I started there. Interesting that they never highlighted this change in the catalog to people already enrolled.
