I am planning on taking four Dantes Exams. They are Organizational Behavior, Money and Banking, Ethics in America, and Substance Abuse. I only need these four to complete my BA degree. I have never tested out of any classes or used this website before. I would like any advice anyone has to offer please!....Do I need study materials for these classes or is studying the tests on this website enough to pass with having limited knowledge of these subjects? Thank you all for whatever help you have to offer.

IMHO, Org Behavior and Substance abuse are both doable with IC. You can do a search and find loads of additional helpful information for both in the threads. Ethics in America has also received decent feedback. Again search out the threads for specifics. Money & Banking has a reputation of being a bear so you would need to put in quite a bit of study time to prep for it.

Welcome.
InstantCert is designed to give you enough to pass. Whether you want to use additional materials depends on you: how much you learn from the materials here, how much you know about related subjects (Org Behavior is Mgt+Psych+Sociology+Anthropology, so if you've had any of those you are ahead. See?) how confident you are, how risk-tolerant you are, etc. Additional materials can be a lot of things (like, free), though.
The way tests are treated varies at different schools, with respect to grading. Depending on your school's policies some of these may be good for a letter grade, especially Organizational behavior and Money & Banking. InstantCert will help you pass, but if you want the A, supplement with additional materials. Especially true of Money & Banking, which is = a junior-year Economics class.

I just wanted to add take only one exam the first time, pick the one you already know the most about or feel most confident about. Get a feel for the exams and how you test before you go further. As you get more familiar with the process some people feel comfortable doing more then one at a time. I always suggest taking the easiest first.

Ditto everyone else. IC will work as a key study resource for all 4, but I would suggest attacking M&B last. The first three will have some familarity so common sense will go a long way. M&B is definitely far more difficult than the first three, but it is doable. The key second source for M&B is reading this, which explains the topics contained in the exam in excruciating detail
FRB: The Federal Reserve System Purposes and Functions
IC still remains the primary source since it covers the key facts. I would study IC, read the fed publication until you start banging your head against the wall to stay awake, then review IC again and then take the exam.
