Yes
Communications requirement
Visual Communication - Although this gets listed as an elective on your transcript, it can count as a core course towards graduation.
One of the math science slots
Environmental Science - Although this gets listed as an elective on your transcript, it should also count as a core course towards graduation.

Are you sure you applied for the BOG AAS (Board of Governor's Associate of Applied Science)? It has no residency. All other programs do have residency.

That's true, some people may have selected another specific AAS instead of the BOG, I would get all the classes completed and send an email to Nancy for graduation when everything is done, then make sure you select the BOG AAS in the form you submit. Doesn't really matter now, you're not graduating until later...

Yes. I believe all I have to do is submit a math course for credit for graduation, as long as my Vis Com and Environmental science courses take for the GEC ENG and Math/Scie, also hoping something from google certs will equate to my computer lit GEC.

Ignore DegreeWorks. The audit for the BOG is done manually.

Thank You.
Well since I missed the graduation application date by a week. Should I apply soon for the next date via email? I wish they had a hidden option for late applications with a fee associated I would pay the fee to get in the August graduation so I can get my UMPI BAS moving before end of fall....

Yes, it's a good idea to put in your application.

Unfortunately I have no option in the portal to do so should I email Nancy to start the process?

I applied on the day of the deadline after spending the entire week before trying to get a response from the three main contacts listed on this forum. Yesterday, I received a reply stating that I should try for the December conferral. If you read the school website, it does mention that you can apply for graduation after the deadline, but your information may not be included on the printed graduation papers. Not entirely sure what that means, though.
REQUEST THE APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION from Mrs. Parks. As the feature in the portal doesn't allow you to apply.
