Be sure you meet your state's licensing requirements for a CPA.

^^ THIS. I would also recommend doing the BSBA Accounting & Finance, if you can instead of the BSBA Accounting/CPA unless you're in New Jersey. Each state has slightly different regulations for licensing, you can use the extra time to get a second AOS instead of taking the 150 required for the BSBA with CPA. With that extra energy/money/time, you can go for the MS Accounting at WGU instead.

I was wondering if it would be more useful to just do the extra 30 required hours in a Master's program. I think that would look better on a resume to have an advanced degree, too. I'm 100% on TESU now (after the winter term at Strayer). Thank you!

In some states, that extra 30 credits must come from a master's in accounting.

So, I'm trying to keep up, TESU offers a BS in accounting/finance ? Not one or the other, but both ? Thanks

It is one or the other. However, TESU allows you to combine two areas of study into one degree. I'm not sure how it works with accounting/finance, however.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

bspecv, TESU allows you to choose an area of study, each area of study is 18 credits. Some people decide to take another area of study, think of it as a second concentration. So, you can have an accounting AOS plus a secondary finance AOS. There are no options for a third AOS/concentration. In short, you can have 1, 2, or both concentrations, here's the list from TESU you can select from, go bonkers! https://www.tesu.edu/business/bsba

TESU offers a BSBA, with 10 different concentrations; you are allowed to choose 2, so you could do one in Accounting, and one in Finance. There are no overlapping courses in either concentration, so you would do 138cr (60cr GE, 6cr Free Electives, 36cr core, and normally 18cr in the AoS for a total of 120cr; adding a concentration/AoS would add another 18cr for a total of 138cr).
Not every concentration is available to do via alternative credits, so you'll want to choose wisely. Accounting and Finance ARE ones you can do this way.
