The money doesn't just "go down the drain". It's important to becoming an enrolled student. You can potentially lose a lot more than just $50 if you're not an enrolled TESU student!

So that means if I don't take the exam by November 21. It will expire and money goes down the drain?

Even if you don't take it, you are considered an enrolled student, and have locked in your catalog.  This is awesome.  No money will have gone down the drain.
