Any regionally accredited schools offering this programming class through independent study? i checked the main ones like LSU, Ohio, Oklahoma and found nothing.

$700. The book for this course is a good beginner's book also. Make sure you get the C++ Primer Plus, not C++ Primer. Not sure how easily transferable it is though.
