I was on the sister board and noticed someone mentioned there is a new NACES member, just wondering if anyone has used their services yet?

I checked their website and fees, seems reasonable for course by course at $145.  If you need the GPA, it's an extra $50.  Anyone want to be the guinea pig?

I was informed that they evaluate the título propios as upper division (undergraduate) credit.

Perhaps, but could be a very useful degree completion tool for degreeforum users.
