Interesting indeed, I wonder if this would work for a BACS, as it has AI/ML content that also can be used in other subject areas (CIS, CS, MIS/IT), not just Analytics, Business or AI/ML related.

That sounds great. Moreover, its ACE classification is three upper-level credits in "Business Analytics."
I think that once it’s published, early adopters can try transferring it to TESU and see whether it will count toward the twelve upper-level credits for the BACS program.
However, I'm quite skeptical, because of its ACE designation "Business Analytics."

FYI, to my understanding, BA, is part of BI, which is a component of DA inside DS ... (I could not resist typing that) ... should xfer into CIS/CS/DS programs .. and I concur, this seems MIST (but I think "Thunderbird/100 Million Learners Program" is the graduate level DA that is "simple" online ... blah blah ... free until transcription, and still somewhat cheap for "Graduate Level")

This new course... I do not see it in catalog, on Sophia itself yet, and I've been "all over it" lately lining up my ideal course order/knocking them off 1by1.

This sounds .. good/UL (but IBM's/Google's/Microsoft's BA certs should hold similar ACE UL credits also)

I guess we’ll have to wait and see, and refresh the Sophia.org course list once in a while. Wink

Based on that course description this could be one of the hardest courses on Sophia since you have to know Python before taking the course.

I think it is long overdue to have some harder / upper-level courses on Sophia. In my opinion, Sophia has been spending too much time roaming around in the GenEd / LL realm.
It's time to add some UL creds for various topics.

if they made a calculus 2 course they'd get a lot of enrollees
