New User, CLEP Test and Upper Division Credits

TESC is the only school I have ever heard of accepting CLEP as UL. CLEP are almost universally applied as 100-200 level classes.

I would definitely check if they will let you repeat the World Religions for credit, I doubt they will...but it's worth asking

I have not heard of any school that treats any of the liberal arts CLEPs as upper level. However it is common for business schools to count the management and marketing CLEP exams as equivalent to their own upper level courses.

My university counts them as upper level, and for these two specific courses (Intro to Mgmt and Intro to MKTG), I've seen many schools also count community college courses as equivalent to their own upper level courses.
