Trump is charged with multiple counts of purposely misrepresenting his wealth for favorable financial outcomes. Mar a Lago is included in this as well as other properties and assets.

And good for him for making $4 billion, but if he doesnt pay the debt incurred from the legal orders then they can take his properties.

Where is the admission that it was a sham?  The governor said that if you engage in a decades long, systematic program to defraud the state and intentionally underreport your assets so as to reduce tax liability, that there will be consequences. If you DON’T do that, you will be fine. 

Seems like pretty much the antithesis of a sham.
