Newlane University - My experience so far

Since this thread is old and has several people mention that they had just recently signed up to attend, what was your experience like up to this point? Also, would this be a good school to attend if you've never attended and are looking to start your schooling? I'm in my 40s and really would like to start after not doing so for so long, and my financial situation is a bit limited, but I could easily afford this.

I just want this "too good to be true" actually BE true.

Two things: 1) You're not old, nor is this thread old (it's only 4 months since the last post before yours)
2) Create a thread with info from here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works

It is actually true. A nationally accredited school for $1500 per degree. Its recognized by DAPIP https://ope.ed.gov/dapip/#/institution-profile/256131 . Thus, making it a legitimate degree.

Credits: 30 credits from NAU master. 36 credits from nationsuniversity(NA). ACE 274 (sophia+coursera+study.com+saylor) and 8 from worldquant university(NA).
I know this is a REALLY old thread just wanted to know if there were any updates. Im concerned about the course hearings. I have a traumatic brain injury or post concussion syndrome depending on the dr im talking to and the more stress I'm under the more I have a hard time remembering things. I not only forgot but could not recognize my husband of 18 years name. Ive know this man for almost 32 years. Other than this one thing I feel this would be perfect for me.

You are allowed to use your notes for the course hearing. It is conversational not confrontational.
I highly recommend this school

That's awesome that its conversational. Sadly with my injury that may not matter. I was literally looking at my husband name written down and I couldn't say it nor did I recognize it. I could tell you when we met, what he looks like ect ect but my brain would not remember his name even written down. I have an email out to the school to see if there is any accommodations for me or if I am just out of luck until I no longer have scrambled eggs for brains.
