Hi! I just got laid off from my Fed Govt job here in Virginia. I'm thinking of pursuing another degree (WGU-MSCSIA is complete). Anything other than WGU I can knock out in 6 months? I'm open to MBA, MBA IT Management, MAOL and possibly others. I'm going to apply to grants at WGU but high prior income will be a factor. Thanks
PS - I'll be knocking out the PMP certification by April 1st.

Basically, I suggest to have a balanced mix/match trifecta of certs, degree, experience. I don't recall what your undergraduate degree was in, you may just want to get extra credits from ACE/NCCRS in subject areas that you're interested in, maybe get a second undergrad degree at UMPI and ladder that to the MAOL by taking 3-4 classes that go towards the MAOL. If your undergraduate was in both business/IT related, then I would just go for the WGU MSML instead of the UMPI MAOL, if you can extend that to 1 year vs 6 months, then go for the HAU MBA.

The schools that you'll be able to knock out in 6 months are going to be of a similar format as WGU, where you take as many classes as you can in a term.
As was mentioned earlier you can go for the MAOL from UMPI. You can also go for an MAOL from University of Massachusetts global campus. That one is nice because it has concentrations like project management.
Another option is an MBA with multiple concentrations from Purdue University Global Campus. There's some other for-profit schools that have this option, but I'm just personally not a big fan of for-profits.
