Calling and emailing the registrar might be an option (the best option probably), as they're the ones who finalize everything and they're the higher ups to make sure everything is complete and processed accordingly... I do that often when something doesn't work well at the academic advisor or success coach level...

I checked my unofficial transcript this morning, and it says my BOG degree has been awarded. However, it doesn't mention the history AOE I qualified/asked for. So, I need to reach out again.

For reference, how should the AOE be listed on the unofficial transcripts? Mine looks like this:

Just checked ROAR too see I've earned my AAS with an AOE in Business...

For the past month and a half I figured I would be getting an email never thought to check ROAR..

For anyone interested, this was the text of the email I recieved:


Congratulations on graduating from Pierpont Community & Technical College. As an acknowledgement of your hard work, your diploma is on its way. Your diploma has been shipped and should arrive at the address you specified on your graduation application within two weeks (except international deliveries).

If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@pierpont.edu.
