This website offers 7(+1 coming soon) paths that lead to European accredited bachelor's and masters DIPLOMAS. The fee is $300 per month($500/month for the masters level) and expected completion times are ~12 months(I added up the total hours for one of the programs and it was 750 hours so it could theoretically be completed in under 20 weeks if working on it full-time). They guarantee a job within 6 months of graduation or your money back.

Some details on their accreditation:
"This diploma is at level 6 on the EQF (European Qualifications Framework). Thanks to the Bologna Process, signed by 50 countries, our bachelor's-level diploma is recognized by all participating countries, notably in Europe."

Their masters level diplomas are EQF level 7. I saw where a representative stated they are seeking US accreditation as well:

It looks like all the programs are available in English, Spanish and French.

I couldn't find mention of openclassrooms here so thought this info might be useful to those of you interested in programming/coding.

It also looks to be mostly project based.

Looks like they will doing some major expansion since they just raised $60 million from US & European investors.

From their blogs:

Thanks to the Bologna Accord, this degree is officially recognized by more than 50 European states and recognized internationally as an official European degree. There is, unfortunately, no official legal comparison between European and American diplomas, nor is there any single authority in the United States for recognition of foreign qualifications, making it a little trickier to compare! A degree, whether awarded in the USA or Europe, does, of course, validate and prove that you have gained the relevant skills in the field of study.
