Hello,
Been lurking in the forum this weekend. And I am thinking of getting a Bachelors at either Excelsior or TESU. I created this plan for Excelsior. I think I have 84 credits out of the 120 needed. And I think I can complete what I am missing with self study in 12 months. 

What do you recomend? Shall I wait until I complete all possible self-study credits before I contact the College/University?
I am an international student, so no scholarships or grants for me...

Here is the Excelsior Plan I created. Please let me know if you see any problems or issues.
