If anyone has any general questions about onboarding, their online platform, or the like, I've just started one of Southeastern's M.Ed. programs. Feel free to DM me.

My concern would be whether UoPeople continues to do peer grading, which was a major source of complaints over the years. Also, even without tuition, their M.Ed. page still lists the full degree fees at $5,260. If given the choice and if they're still doing peer grading, I think I'd rather push people towards something like Acacia University's programs. Less is known about them, but the programs look solid and have a very comparable price tag. Yes, they're NA, but that can and will work for many people.
I've been accepted for the Fall I term for one of Southeastern's M.Ed. Came here hoping to find someone who is already in. I'll definitely DM you for some info. Thanks! Degreeforum to the rescue again!

Welcome and congratulations! I hope you have a fantastic time in the program.
While there are several different versions of SE's M.Ed. program, I'll be happy to answer any questions to the best of my ability. Feel free to send me a DM anytime!

Thank you! I'm down for the M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction - Mathematics Education. Have you done any of the courses that I'm required to do? Going to be selecting the courses this week, so any heads up on instructors would be great. Also, is there a discord anywhere for SOSU?

Would be happy to discuss profs via private message.
As for a Discord, I've not seen one yet but haven't actively looked either. For my particular program, there's a Facebook group, so you may want to search up something like "Southeastern M.Ed - Curriculum & Design" or possibly reach out to your main admissions contact to see if such exists for your version of the program!
