Are you talking about Clep Principles of Management? And is the other one a DSST?

Im currently studying Intro to management for the CLEP, my rubric for excelsior reads that Project management is a requirement, can't seem to find that for IC. Will they both be fulfill the credit? can't seem to find Business leadership as a DSST.

See if DSST Principles of Supervision could be accepted for Business Leadership. Unfortunately there's no Project Management exam from the big exam programs, and I don't know that Excelsior accepts Project+ or CAPM or anything for this or any credit (not that these would be be easy).
You might want to consider shopping around for Project Management from a lower-cost school. Though! If you apply to graduate school, etc., expect that you may well have to send transcripts from every school from which you've earned credit, the cost advantage from going to another school now could be lessened by the cost of sending the extra transcript to however many places.

Excelsior gives credit at the undergrad and grad level for the PMP exam, but not the CAPM.
