Printing Flash Cards
#1
Hi - I am new to instant cert and I was wondering if there is a way to print all of the flash cards for a particular course/study guide versus having to print each one individually?

No, not really. But it doesn't take long to copy them all into microsoft one note.

I copy/pasted them into Word...studies and then went back and redid them on the computer to see how well I did. It was more work, but I feel like I retained the info better!!

I'm going on a trip this weekend and will be without my laptop. I'm interested in a study method that doesn't require being online, so I'd like to hear more about how you do this. Do you just print the whole thing (including the answer)? Do you put the answer on the back, or below, or what?

Just trying to visualize this. . .

Thanks,

Rebecca

If you have a device like an iPhone, iPod Touch, or an Andriod based phone has applications that let you set up flash cards and use them for study purposes.

Hmm... Maybe that's another idea for Steve... Making Apps available that handle the flashcards from the site on those devices.
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Wile E. Coyote, genius. I am not selling anything nor am I working my way through college, so let's get down to basics: you are a rabbit and I am going to eat you for supper. Now don't try to get away, I am more muscular, more cunning, faster and larger than you are, and I am a genius, while you could hardly pass the entrance examinations to kindergarten, so I'll give you the customary two minutes to say your prayers.

Bachelor of Science in PsychoRabbitology degree
Master of Education with a specialty in Rabbit-specific destructive munitions (or eLearning & Technology, I forget which)
Doctor of Philosophy in Wile E. Leadership with an area of specialty in Acme Mind Expansion - 2017 Hopefully

An iPhone app would be great! I actually have a flashcard program that I use on my iTouch, so that would definitely be an option. I haven't used it yet for IC -- I use it for studying Chinese, because I can put in Chinese characters, PinYin, English, and audio clips.

An IC app would be nice, though, if you didn't have to actually paste in the info. That would take IC to a whole new level!

You could just save the web page as a pdf, then port it to wherever you want.

Oh, and the flashcards themselves worked just fine on my ipod and my blackberry when I tried them.
