Prior to 2018 TEEX credits not allowed for ACE credit

I just got off the phone with an ACE customer service rep and he said I cannot add TEEX courses prior to 2018 for ACE credit because they weren't reviewed for ACE credit prior to 2018!??  This makes no sense because several other courses were added without issue (Cyber Sec for Everyone, Cyber Sec for Business Professionals) in 2016 for ACE credit and have been added to my TESU evaluation.  I have no idea how all these other courses were never added:

EC AWR169 0060 Cyber Incident Analysis and Response 12/03/2016 06/01/2017 10 Passed Certificate

EC AWR176 0062 Disaster Recovery for Information Systems 12/03/2016 06/01/2017 10 Passed Certificate

EC AWR177 0061 Information Risk Management 12/03/2016 06/01/2017 13 Passed Certificate

EC AWR174 0060 Cyber Ethics 11/27/2016 05/26/2017 13 Passed
EC AWR168 0061 Cyber Law and White Collar Crime 11/27/2016 05/26/2017 10 Passed EC AWR175 0060 Information Security for Everyone 11/26/2016 05/25/2017 10.5

I've written the Cyber chair at TEEX for help.  Is it true TESU will only accept an ACE credit for this or could I have my TEEX transcript sent directly to TESU?  This is upsetting!  Does anyone have any advice??!

So I went to the ACE website and took a peek at the Disaster RecoveryCourse. Yes you passed your course, but you passed it at a time where it hadn't been evaluated for credit. When doing courses that are evaluated by ACE you have to take them in a specific time frame. This course was evaluated for credit for the pwriod of Dec 1 2018 - Nov 30 2021 anythime before or after you wont be granted credit. TESU will tell you the same and wont accept it.
