The same thing happened to a family member in the past month. On the 13th they said they'd send out a corrected score report on the 16th. Huh? They messed up and were in no hurry to fix a problem that was preventing a degree from being conferred?

I have heard of this happening if someone has mistyped a numeral in the Social Security number. Just call them up get them straight and tell them you need it corrected ASAP because of graduation deadlines.

Have you gone into your DSST registration to verify what they show under your account? If not, log in to their ibt website with your username and password just like when you are taking a test at the test center. Rather than selecting "take a test" select "review scores". This will list all of the exams that they have under your record, the date you took each one and the score that you received. If there is an appearance of the MIS exam earlier than 8/6 and you are certain you did not take it before, there is definitely a big problem. This would mean someone logged in as you -- username and password must match before the system will let the person take the test! If it is not there, you have proof for when you are talking with a DSST representative on the phone.

WOW FML. I just got the same letter for the Organizational Behavior exam I took on August 5th!
I wonder if the same thing is gonna happen with the exam I took on the 12th :mad:

DSST seems to be going through alot of problems right now (Missing transcripts,lost transcripts, duplicate test results, no test results, late score reports).. I'm speaking with a senior manager on Monday about some of this.

Yes, it's annoying. I sent in my transcript request (put the send to number for excelsior in the wrong box) because the past 3-4 weren't sent, and I called the past few days to see if they had at least begun to process it and I was told they are a week behind... graduating before my child is born rides on getting approved for my Capstone ASAP.

All of this is interesting because CTC never received my Human Resources score report. I had to email Prometric for them to send out a duplicate score.

From what I was told is they are behind because of an incredible influx of requests. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but sometimes I want to chalk it down to incompetence.

My communication says it all. This was the first sentence in my e-mail to them: Me:"Hi my credit card was charged on 8/5 for the paper and pencil here's to your health exam."
Them:"Please provide how you took the exam, was it on paper or the compuer"
Enough said!

On the 7 of August I took the test intro to computing( dsst). I have received the same letter stating Invalid Test Results- Tested within 3 months. Hopefully it's a clerical error because it delays my school.
