LOL, a lot (most) of the crap sold in restaurants is absolutely straight out of a box/can/premade package. No different from Hamburger Helper. I always laugh when local places are touted as having the best this or that- and whoever is saying it doesn't have a clue that what they are eating is the same brand that most everyone else is serving
I LOVE it when people use a proprietory/proprietor name not knowing any better lol. I think every banquet I've attended in the past 10 years served "California Blend" vegetables <shrug>
