So I'm not quite following to take test you need 2 id's what can I use for these was planning on using driver's license but I don't know if I have another id that can be used since I don't have a passport what else can I use?

I have only had to show my driver's license when taking a test. Nothing else has been asked for.

Really I wonder why it says 2 forms of id's required thats weird?

A school id, an utility bill, cell bill, something that has your name on it will work, like a medicare card or credit card.
I've been asked for a passport or something else before, I just show them my utility bill with my name on it and credit card.
One of them has to have your picture on it... and that's my drivers license.

One time I needed a second ID. The reason was the "Authenticate Me" section where they usually ask questions about previous addresses was different one time and they asked me to type in my address and some other info. No matter how I tried to type the info, the system would not read it. Finally, I asked what else could be done and the proctor asked me if I had another ID so I used my passport. The other four times have been the same system and no problems.
