For most psych majors, physiological psychology, research methods, and history and systems of psychology tend to be the most rigorous courses, regardless of where you take them. They have more hard sciences (math and biology) and/or specific detail than most other psych courses.  So, while not specific to Coopersmith, unless those are strong areas for you, probably best to start with another course.
