One thing I've noticed about these degree plan threads is that they rarely mention future plans. It's kind of hard to give advice on which major to pursue when you don't know what career they're aiming for.
"I've seen Reddit threads say the BLS is faster." You may have one course at UMPI that you can complete in 1-3 days, while another might take 2 weeks. The same goes for courses at Sophia or Study.com. You really have to evaluate it on a course-by-course basis.
Since you aren't starting from scratch, at this point, it would probably be quicker to pursue a BLS degree. Get everything in order, and you could be starting in Spring 1 at UMPI.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

As I mentioned earlier, my main goal is to join the army as an officer. I don’t plan to use my degree for anything beyond meeting the requirements. My focus will be on a military career, and my major won’t significantly affect my assignments, which are determined without regard to one’s field of study. You could even have a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in something unrelated, like mopping the rain or watching paint dry. I just want to complete my four-year degree as quickly as possible, without concern for its value or future career opportunities outside the military.

Basically, you'll be swayed in all directions... You decide for yourself. My recommendation is to do the UMPI BAS with a minor of your choice and the 4 classes that can go towards the MAOL... The main benefit over the BLS is the flexibility and requirements are slightly different. In other words, you can take all the Sophia.org classes and skip Study.com, complete 10 classes at UMPI for residency purposes and finish with the BAS.
Having said that, you should take some time to do some extra cheap, easy, fast Coursera/Google Certs to max that transfer and get a balanced mix of certs, degree, experience towards joining the army and whatever future educational endeavors you may have... I suggest listing something that might strike you as interesting, such as getting an MAOL after your army time! Or maybe that second Bachelors, again, you decide...
