Accreditation matters to most people, so for grad studies, I usually recommend RA first and NA if there are no cheaper, easier, faster option. Just like sanantone, I rarely recommend anything that is not accredited properly or confusingly displays accreditation the "wrong" way (some institutions are not accredited yet they claim they are through non recognized agencies).
