#1
Does anyone have Saylor BASL degree plan from scratch.

I have no idea what that is. Saylor doesn't give degrees.

If you just want a degree plan for one of the Big 3, using as many Saylor courses as possible, that's a different story.

I have a degree plan for the TESU BALS, and it shows Saylor as an option where available.

I actually have this plan and have filled it out. But im having some trouble with 18 LL Unit and 15 UL Unit courses. Do you have a plan that is completely filled in with the courses needed? Or with a concentration?

There are so many options available, I couldn't possibly fill it out for you.  You get to decide what you want to take (be it Lit courses, Psych, History, Soc, or whatever else you want to do).

Spend some more time on this forum reading about stuff and figuring out what you want to do.

Are you wanting ONLY Saylor courses? There are so many other options - especially for a BALS degree. Costs vary but lets say you decided on getting some courses at shmoop. At $88 a month and unlimited courses in one month it would be cheaper than Saylor at $25 an exam. The Guardian study.com scholarship is six free courses. Then there are the free courses. Definitely take a closer look through the forums and then if there are specific courses or course providers you can get more guidance. But like dfrecore said, there are literally thousands of options. It would be impossible to identify all of them on a spreadsheet.

Wow! Thank you for your feedback. Im just getting started so I thought that Saylor would be the cheapest route. I will definitely be looking into site deep to get my plan together.
