Sincerest Thanks

I took my final TECEP last night (Statistics; not fun) and I passed. I'm at 117 credits and will finish my capstone in October. So I just want to say thank you to everyone here who helped me get through all these tests along the way, and to offer encouragement to anyone who is just getting started on finishing or getting their degree.

I started this process six months ago with fewer than 60 credits under my belt, and did it while working full-time and having a family (and just plain feeling lazy sometimes). I guess my point is anyone can do this if you're willing to put the time and effort in.

If I can give one tip to people just starting (or still going), it's this: if you need to knock out a lot of lower level (and a couple upper level) credits, use Straighterline. There's no faster way. Also, use the InstantCert cards to study for CLEP and DSST tests. They really did help.

Straighterline is the shit. my wife got almost 60 credits in a month. she would probably graduate with me in March if she didn't have her dad's GI bill and is making more than she would if she had a full time job

Congrats on finishing. I too am taking my final classes in these next few months.

Congratulations!!! I'd say that I feel your pain vis a vis stats, but I'm still numb from it! I can't remember all of your posts, what degree did you decide to pursue?

Thanks everyone.

I'm getting my B.A. in Social Sciences in December. It was the one that made the most sense since I had a bunch of upper-level credits from the college I attended in the late 90s.
