OnlineDegree.com claiming to launch next week

I just sent them an email pointing out that the links in their email bring me to a .jpg photo and that the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service aren't linked on the sign-up page even though you have to check that you agree to them. Within 4 minutes I received the following reply:

We're excited to have you, Jenny!  Thanks so much for pointing that out...we are sending out another email to fix the link, and the links to the Privacy and TOS.
