I took this test friday. I scored 44. I was oh so close. I spent more time studying actual problems instead of formulas and rules. On my test i didn't have any dice or deck of cards questions. It was alot easier than I expected. i just wish i would have spent more time on the rules of college math than anything else. The IC cards work pretty well. I had very few functions and no definitions. I might add your test may vary. Good luck on your exam!

lisira-
I took the College math clep and I got a 67. I did learn most of the math in school, but I am out of high school for two years so I bought the REA's CLEP book- General Exams. There are two to buy. One of them has the material, and the other book has all the practice tests. The reason that they are in two separate books is because there are 5 different CLEP reviews, I will give you the ISBN number so you can look it up: 0-87891-901-5.
Also check out REA.com
If you do not really know Trig, do not sweat, it is only a small percentage of the test, it is not something to waste your time on

Good luck!
