Sophia UL Classes Accepted at UMPI

Does anyone know or can point to me to which Sophia classes are considered UL at UMPI?

Sorry I am not understanding which classes on the excel are marked as UL. Could you clarify? Thanks in advance.

Basically, 100/200 level are lower (Freshman, Sophomore), 300/400 level are upper (Junior/Senior). By looking at the spreadsheet I copy/pasted, you only have 10 credits max that can be used as UL for UMPI. Namely, for 3 credits each, Business Ethics, Business Law, Microbiology, and the 1 credit Microbiology Lab. That's it, you'll have to find other options for UL transfer, such as Saylor.org, StraighterLine, or Study.com, but I would recommend doing the UL all at UMPI instead...
