I'm a bit confused. Do you want to enter the military, do you want a degree, or do you want to take tests for free? Not that they are mutually exclusive, of course, it just seems that entering the military to get a degree or for free tests is a bit extreme. (I was in the military, and part of the reason was to get a degree. I'm female, and we were not at war.) It seems like a dangerous way to save the money for exams. Of course, going in with a certain amount of college credits used to start soldiers off at a higher rank.
