If you are already at 70%, don't be nervous...you've already passed! No real tips. Take your time, and try to relax. If you have the ebook, make sure you use it. For your notes, I would suggest making them out of previous test answers (formatted so they fit in the required # of pages).

I have a 97% in Macro and a 98% in Micro. I do have the ebooks and will be sure to have them pulled up!
I guess I am more nervous to having someone watching me and logged into my computer, LOL
Thanks!!!

Haha, the thought of a person watching me and my computer screen bothered me the most also!
In my experience, after you show your ID and scan your location for the proctor, he/she kind of disappears. The proctor's screen is no longer live-- just a frozen image of the person-- and, if you need them, you must use the chat box.
If guess your feed is handed over to someone watching many feeds at once at that point.
So it wasn't close observation as I feared! Just have your text and notes ready, and you'll be fine! Good luck!

Most of the ProctorU proctors I have had were quite young and none of them were the least bit intimidating.
Examity, on the other hand, is another story.
