Straighterline VS ProctorU - Who Will Fix My Issue!

Here's the story, i'm getting bounced back and forth because I could not change/reschedule one of my exams.
For some reason, the system didn't allow that change, the other 3 finals I'm taking allowed that change...
So, I just cancelled it hoping to re-schedule it again by adding it back in - oops... it's not in the list to choose from!

I email both Straighterline and ProctorU to assist in rescheduling that one exam, the other 3 finals are fine.
They both email me back, to contact the other... I email them again to explain the situation...
So weird, I've taken and rescheduled with ProctorU before and this one course is causing an issue!

I'm just curious after all is said and done, Straighterline VS ProctorU - Who Will Fix My Issue!
I gave a comment that they can try deleting the course and re-adding it, as I've not started it yet.
I usually create a final registration three-four days ahead of time and then finish the course before then.

They are both pretty easy to work with, just keep up and emails and this will get resolved.

I am such an idiot... their site had a warning and I didn't really pay attention to that warning, I can't do my exams now!
