I have reviewed the postings and the t.v. Annennberg program..which will be a big help..and Iam now hopeful of finding more suggestions for pretests, other guide sources ,books or whatever. I need to put the science category to rest. Iam anxious for help in getting this test passed. Thanks in advance for any insight anyone who has taken the dantes geology test can offer.

I looked for geology at the free sparknotes but they only had biology and physics, how about wikipedia, it looks pretty informative?

Hi Ron,
I haven't taken the Geology exam...and hopefully I never will!
But here are a few links to some resources for you:
http://www.geo.ua.edu/intro03/notes.html (ugly web page...beautiful study notes)
http://www.geology.sdsu.edu/visualgeolog.../index.htm (Interactive FLASH study notes...looks pretty cool)
http://www.uh.edu/~jbutler/anon/gpcourses.html
http://jersey.uoregon.edu/~mstrick/geolo..._page.html
http://www.nipissingu.ca/faculty/ingridb...uction.htm
http://www.sparknotes.com/astronomy/earth/ (check out sections on Earth's Geology and Earth's Interior)
Those should be enough to get started with.
Best of luck as always,
Snazzlefrag
My name is Rob

I figured with a rock for a brain, as proven by my flunking "natural" science, I should do well in geology. My math skills border on messazoic time awareness
and I swear to God I will leave for Kookamunga if I can't get pass these final two exams. Seriously, Pray for me!!
