study.com trial help
#1
Hello hope someone can help with this, I am looking to register for study.com just for some self-studying,
not directly tied to any degree, and this page says this:

Study.com offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all account types, including the annual plan.

However, upon registering, all I encounter is the option to purchase a monthly plan with a 30 day
money back gurantee.

Can anyone confirm if they recently were able to go with a 7 day trial or see it as an option currently ?

Study.com doesn't offer a traditional free trial, but it does provide a 30-day money-back guarantee, effectively acting as a trial period. This allows users to try out Study.com's membership and get a full refund if they are not satisfied within the first 30 days. If you take a proctored exam during this period, you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether you earned college credit.

How does Study.com's money-back guarantee work?
Modified on: Thu, 17 Apr, 2025 at 10:17 AM

Study.com's money-back guarantee allows you to sign up for a membership and start using Study.com right away. If you subscribed pursuant to a money guarantee offer and you are not satisfied per the terms of our offer, you can request a refund by emailing support@study.com Refunds are not automatically issued and must be requested.

Completing a course for transfer credit or passing a professional test voids eligibility to receive a refund.

So are you saying the 7-day trial doesn't exist as that page claims ?
