Study.com 5 Exam Limit per Month Clarification
#1
Lightbulb
I did some lurking on posts from 2023 where some members reported that Study.com allows you to take 5 exams per billing cycle. However, after speaking with Study.com customer support, I was informed that you may only "take up 5 exams per month". However, they didn't emphasize if it is a calendar month, or a rolling monthly period based on when you took the first test of the five.

Does anyone have recent experience with this so I can get some clarity?

Is it:

5 exams per calendar month
5 exams per 30-day rolling period
5 exams per billing cycle

Billing cycle, 2 are included in your college saver subscription and you can up to three more at $70 per exam.

Yes, it's the billing cycle, you're authorized 5 exams within that cycle. In essence, here's an example of how I hit 7 way back when, I wonder if it would still work now... Pretend you subscribed Sept 11, you get 5 exams done by Oct 11 (and you do all 5 exams on the 4th week of your subscription). When your new subscription month starts, Oct 12, you'll have an option to do 5 more exams. So pretend you did 5 exams Oct 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. You can do another 5 max Oct 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and have 10 done within a 'month' timeframe. When I did my first 5, I had no errors, then when I did my 6th and 7th exam, it mentioned I've doing more than the allowed 5 per month, but it still let me do it as I'm on another subscription.

Damn, I can't see how somebody could do 5 in a month, that's too much. I couldn't even get 1-2 course out of the way, the classes are too comprehensive with all the writing and quizzes !

I did Discrete Math and Database Management with Study.com and that was pretty intensive (so many quizzes and writing). Now I'm working on System Analysis and Design's writing assignments. Like you said, 5 a month is quite a lot.

One tip I have is to use the 59 usd a month to study as many topics and answer quizzes as possible. Zero limit. The quizzes you answer pass over when the account is on college saver. So, one month you could grind courses and another month switch and grind exams.
