My daughter took her proctored final two weeks ago, and it is not showing up anywhere. In fact, looking at her dashboard it looks like she hasn't taken it. She left it up for the full 15 minutes afterwards & got a message saying it could take up to two weeks to review it. She contacted study.com support. I hope they didn't mess up and she has to take the exam again, as she's mentally moved on (studying other things) & would not do well.
Anyone else have this happen?

They once awarded me an extra exam, and to do so they had to "trick" the dashboard into thinking I hadn't taken the allotted amount of exams, so it showed some of my completed exams as not taken yet, but it didn't in any way affect the actual exams' status. I wouldn't worry about having to redo it, I'm sure it's still safe in the system and it's just a quirk on the dashboard. Does it still show all the quizzes for that course complete?

Due to an RPNow error, I had trouble accessing an exam and they awarded it back to me - I waited to long to take it and it disappeared again. (I had started studying for another exam and lost track). I was too embarrassed to even request it again....

Get in contact with customer service, they are generally really helpful with these kind of things. Also I have never needed to wait a full 15 minutes. If you notice it is still recording and will never actually catch up to the stream. I usually wait a couple minutes then close. Never had an issue with it. I also have really good internet with a great upload speed.
