That is what I am finally going to settle for- a 3 credit course that feels interesting & learnable. I just wanted to check with others here, if there is some option that I am unaware of. CLEP is ruled out for me in India.

The medical terminology TECEP is 1 credit and costs $25. I agree though that you're better off just finding the easiest 3 credit class/test you can find, whether that means another SDC course or finding an easy Saylor course.
