Oh... it seems like it takes about a week after I submit the request via Study.com before I see confirmation in the portal that it has been received by TESU. Then 2-3 more business days before I get the email from TESU saying it's been received. Then another week (or three for uncommon courses) before the evaluation is updated in the portal.
