Study.com exam schedule
#1
Hey all, I've been without internet for about a week so I have missed some things. Did Study change it to where you can take your two exams per month at any time without having to wait 30 days? I remember reading a week or so ago that they were working on that change. I have been going through posts but I have a couple pages worth of posts that I'm behind on and I haven't had any luck finding an answer yet. My account shows that I have two available exams and I need to know if that is showing the two exams for the monthly period. I purchased an extra exam a couple months ago so I should have three exams if they are letting us take them whenever now and I'll need to contact them.

Honestly, your best bet is to contact them directly to get a straight answers. The past week has seen a lot of study.com drama with sudden changes without explanation or communication. They've made a few changes but i don't think that's one of them, I also remember someone having gotten an answer from them saying they were working on changing that. However, my exams still say I have to wait such amount of days to take my next exam so I'm assuming that has stayed the same.

So I advise to send them a message just to 100% sure.

Hi ndelcollo-

Yes, we did change our exam scheduling. You now receive 2 exams every month based on your billing date. So you get 2 new exams on the date that you are charged every month. If you purchase an additional exam, that will roll over from month to month.

Hope this helps!

Wonderful change! Let me ask this, though - if you don't use both of your included exams in a billing month, would that exam also roll over?
Here Researching for my son, who has done the following:

Saylor: Intro to Business, Principles of  Marketing, Corporate Communication

ALEKS: Int. Algebra, College Algebra
Study.com: Personal Finance, Principles of Finance, HR Management, Global Business, Advanced Operations Management
Straighterline: US History 2, Environmental Science, US History, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, English Comp 2, Principles of Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Accounting 1,Communication, Managerial Accounting, Statistics
Ed4Credit: Managing Information Systems
Sophia: Project Management
WGU: Bachelors in HR Management

Second son is currently attending Penn Foster for his high school diploma, then on to Ashworth for An Associates in Criminal Justice

Will the two monthly exams roll over as well? So if you don't take your two exams for your January billing cycle will you have four in February when you are charged again?

The 2 exams per month that you receive with your membership do not roll over to the next month. If you do not use them that month, you will lose the ability to take them. Good question!
