study.com question @ using a different name for exams

Hi,
I signed up about a year ago with study.com, and have completed all the courses I need from them. However, since I still have a few more months on my account, my spouse wants to take some courses through them. Is it possible to do this for the remaining proctored exams, and just change the name for the exam taker? Anyone have experience trying this? thanks.

Great question! We unfortunately cannot allow multiple people to use the same College Accelerator account because it can muddy the waters for verifying who has actually done the coursework. (ACE and NCCRS require that we be able to verify who did the coursework before they can grant the credit.)

In addition, if your spouse wants to take any of the same classes you did, we cannot reset course progress in your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you!
