That's correct, the Coursera Google Certs took me... Well, I finished them all within the trial period. I had the TADA offerings and completed them before TADA expired. It didn't take that long for me as I knew the material, just skipped everything but the graded content...

Still following my plan. As an international student, should I submit my high school transcript for a credential evaluation report while taking my Sophia courses? If so, which provider would you recommend?

It's a waiting game, getting everything sent into the institution for evaluation to get the max transfer credit would be ideal, you also want to make sure you're admitted, so I would send everything in you currently have for an application. You can send your Sophia.org credits when you're done with them, or do them as batches at a time, this is to make sure you have an academic evaluation.
