I'm trying to finish the TEEX courses before the end of May. Does it matter in any way what my scores are for the exams in the course as long as I pass?

Just make sure you get 70% or higher on the post tests.

your grades won't appear on your ACE transcript at all - so 70% is just as many credits as 100%
