Has anyone completed a degree at COSC, graduated, and then gone back to complete a 2nd concentration?

Since no one has replied, i'm assuming no one has done this. Has anyone looked into it or can I get some opinions on whether it is even possible? the only things I can find on the COSC website are about Double Major and 2nd Degrees. Those are not exactly what i'm trying to do and the Double Major page has this at the bottom "*A second concentration in the General Studies major is not considered a double major."
Double Major - Charter Oak State College Catalog Second Baccalaureate Candidates - Charter Oak State College I have a number of business courses that I would like use for something. Also, I may want to try the WGU MBA at some point so any additional business classes will help that program go faster. The only actual course I need would be capstone and I could meet the rest of the requirements through TECEP, UExcel, DSST or Straighterline. I know I could do it if I delayed graduation, but for employment reasons I do not want to delay my bachelors any longer then the 15 years that I have already delayed it. I am going to ask my adviser but i'm going to wait until closer to the end of the semester. Thanks
Andy
