Hello all,
My wife applied to and is having her transcripts sent to COSC. I was looking on the Straightliner website and it said the school (COSC) would make a determination if the exams had to be proctered or not. Does COSC require that the exams in the Straightliner courses be proctored?

I never had a mention of proctoring. I suspect it's just one of those boilerplate type statements. COnfirm with your adviser, but I highly doubt they are requiring anything to be proctored.

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

I think you are right. Straightliner courses seem to be a great value. I think that it will work out better than Clep for my wife, she needs a little more structure to effectively learn.
