TESC June Graduation Delay Please Help!
#1
OMG, I just got a letter stating that my June graduation will be delayed because they don't have my last 2 upper level classes which is absurd because I spoke to someone at Registrars a couple of days ago and he said he had the transcript from AMU but it wasn't loaded yet and he assured me it wouldn't delay my graduation. This same person has consistently told me from a few months back that the transcripts just needs to be in by April 2010. This is the ONLY reason I took classes at AMU to make this June deadline. I just sent TESC an email and plan on calling them first thing in the morning but wanted to know if anybody else has gone through this or is going through this now:ack: . I just want 12 hours to go by in a blink of an eye so I can explode on thembanghead .

Do not take no for an answer ask for the President if you need to.

Sometimes the people on the line can't be bothered to get up and look. Sometimes you get a good person and they get everything cleared up immediately. I called the registrars office today at lunch because I had 3 transcripts received, one dating back to an exam I took on Feb. 5. I complained that none of these had been added to my eval. I have 3 more test and a FEMA transcript to get there before July 1 and I wanted to make sure things didn't get mixed up. Well the nice person I talked to said it would be straightened out today and it was. All three have been added to my eval and by the way one of them was the ACE transcript for my ALEKs Begining Algebra course and it was credited as 3 credits for MAT-102.

So don't give up until they get it done.

Good Luck
Linda
