Doesn't this exam have a low pass score while the actual class requires a 73 since a C- doesn't count in the AOS?

So this TECEP (BUS-421) takes the place of LIB-495 in BA degrees? Am I reading this right?

No. The TECEP can only be used if you're degree is the BSBA.

It takes the place of BUS-421 Business Administration Capstone for the time being. BSBA degrees don't use the LIB-495 liberal arts capstone. If you're getting a non-business BA, you can not use this capstone TECEP.
