Printable Or Not Printable ?

I just came across INSTANTCERT programs and it sounds good to me but I need some questions answered by anyone who can help.

1. I spend most day without acess to a computer. I usaully photocopy the chapter of my textbook that I need to study for that day so I can take it with me to be used on my break and anytime I can squizz out of the busy day.

Is there an option to print some of the materials at INSTANTCERT if I join or my benefit of the practice questions will depend solely on my ability to get close to my PC?

2.Has anyone ever get to spek to a live person at INSTANTCERT,Toll Free: 866-705-0266 or do you always have to leave a message for someone to call you back?
